| We are…Lakeside Presbyterian Church is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), a member of the Presbytery of Cincinnati, part of the Presbyterian Synod of the Covenant. We are welcoming of visitors, growing in faith and spirit and numbers.We are a joyful people witnessing in work and worship to the grace of God in Jesus Christ.We have a rich history, begun in 1855 as Second Presbyterian Church in Covington, later known as Madison Avenue Presbyterian Church. In 1955, a Presbyterian Church was formed on this property, meeting in the “Hill House.” In 1961, that congregation and the former Madison Avenue congregation merged to become Lakeside Presbyterian Church. In 1963, the Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall were built. In the early 1980s, our current structures were completed.We welcome you and invite you to read further to learn more about Lakeside Presbyterian Church.
