The holiday season is upon us and things are getting busy. We are filling food baskets for area families which we will begin to put together November 20. Please see the newsletter to see what each age group is bringing. We are doing the Mitten Tree again this year so if you have new mittens scarves hats or blankets to put under our tree we will distributing them to area families also. Just a reminder, Lakeside Preschool does not follow Kenton County for snow days. We will be listed on school closing list on channels 5, 9 and 12 and you will receive a remind and an email. The daily program consists of a balanced curriculum which enhances the social, emotional, physical and intellectual development of each child while recognizing his/her individual differences

It includes:

  • quiet and active play,
  •  large and small motor development activities,
  •  creative arts,
  •  Science, math concepts,
  •  social studies,
  • Phonetic awareness
  •  stories, fingerplays, and music appreciation
  •  snack time

Group activities are a part of their daily routine as well as  individual  Instruction which is based on the needs and interests of each child. This allows children to progress at their own pace.

The program is designed to build self confidence and to offer opportunities for development of reasoning and problem solving skills which lay the foundation for future success in school.
